THE PROBLEM

Amydus is India’s top 3 brand when it comes to plus size fashion for women. The brand used to own retail presence in 6-7 cities along with D2C channer website. Post covid 2020, the brand decided to shut it’s retail stores and focused on going full blown on D@C website.
The brand managed to scale the D2C but soon realised that the topline is hitting saturation. That time they were working with a programmatic product which used to run ads, i.e where Unbundl came in and took charge of all things on paid ads marketing front.

WHAT WE DID

Strategies in Product

  • Analysed catogories that drove more revenue & then allocated budgets accordingly
  • Reduced the Sku’s that were not moving
  • Tested Multiple offers for new customer acquisition
  • Identifyed more interest personas that buy from Amydus
  • Made custom data studio reports to deep dive into data at each level ( category, sub category, city wise, age wise etc etc)

Things done in Ad campaigns

  • More usage of video ads than static images
  • Added custom made thumbnails on video ads to improve CTR
  • Usage of different size videos based upon the placement of ads
  • Added most relevant search keywords on google product titles using supplementary sheets
  • Use of slideshow catalog carousels on facebook
  • Keep check on creatives, audiences and levels of funnel using custom made data studio reports
