THE PROBLEM
Amydus is India’s top 3 brand when it comes to plus size fashion for women. The brand used to own retail presence in 6-7 cities along with D2C channer website. Post covid 2020, the brand decided to shut it’s retail stores and focused on going full blown on [email protected] website. The brand managed to scale the D2C but soon realised that the topline is hitting saturation. That time they were working with a programmatic product which used to run ads, i.e where Unbundl came in and took charge of all things on paid ads marketing front.
