Role Overview

At Unbundl, we’re looking for a SEO Lead who’s not just technically sound but also client- focused and data-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive organic growth and improve search rankings.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—building relationships, understanding business goals, and translating them into actionable SEO plans.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track performance and provide strategic insights.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Optimize website on-page and off-page elements, including meta tags, internal linking, schema markup, and link-building efforts.
  • Work closely with content teams to craft content strategies aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated with algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging tools, including leveraging AI-powered tools to improve SEO efficiency and decision-making.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives—craft long-term SEO roadmaps, test new techniques, and explore new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of hands-on SEO experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven experience handling client communication and managing relationships confidently.
  • Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.), and technical SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategic, goal-oriented SEO plans.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance research, content optimization, or campaign efficiency.
  • Prior experience in team handling or mentoring is required.
  • Immediate availability to join and work from our Kirti Nagar office.
